Audience

This section is for non–Chinese-speaking integrators (engineering, ERP vendors, overseas partners) who need stable URLs and English explanations for API integration and field semantics.

Authoritative terms (contracts, application forms, and regulatory wording) are defined in Chinese on the official e首發票 channels and in your service agreement. This English material is a working translation for technical integration only. If anything conflicts with the Chinese SSOT or your contract, the Chinese version and contract prevail.
